Some recent achievements for the electorate include:
- $2 million to upgrade the Harden-Jugiong Road.
- $20,000 for a skateboard park in Yass.
- $10,000 for a covered outdoor learning area (COLA) for Franklin Public
School.
- $12,000 administration grant for Mudjarng Aboriginal Community, Tumut.
- $15,520 to connect electricity to the Goulburn Rodeo Club.
- $9,000 for the construction of an outdoor recreational area at Tumut.
- $75,000 for respite care and 'in home' services for disabled young
people in Yass Shire.
- Commitment to complete upgrading of electrical supply services to
the Towrang, North Goulburn and Marulan.
- Additional funding to enable Rye Park Public School to build a COLA.
- Funding for an Aboriginal Support person for public schools in Yass.
- 160 amendments to the Water Management Bill 2000.

- Commitment to replace water mains at Mulwaree High School.
- $3,000 for the Boorowa Showground and racing facility.
